How to Use Your 3TON Tank System

Whether you’re installing PPF, window tint, or vinyl wrap, your 3TON tank is built to deliver consistent, high-pressure spray with minimal effort. Follow the steps below to set up your tank properly and get the most out of every install.

Step-by-Step Setup Guide

1. Unbox & Inspect Your 3TON Tank
Open the box and remove your tank, sprayer, hose, and accessories. Make sure everything is intact and ready for use.

2. Fill the Tank with Solution
Add clean water up to ¾ of the tank’s capacity (around 3.5–4 gallons).
Mix in your preferred soap or slip solution in the proper ratio.

3. Secure the Lid
Close the top lid and tighten it firmly to ensure a proper seal—this is essential for building pressure.

4. Connect the Hose & Sprayer
Attach the spray hose to the tank’s outlet valve and connect the sprayer trigger. Make sure fittings are snug and secure.

5. Pressurize the Tank
Use your air compressor to pressurize the tank.
We recommend setting it to 70 PSI for optimal, steady flow.
(Always double-check your connections before pressurizing.)

6. You’re Ready to Spray
Your 3TON tank is now pressurized and ready to deliver clean, continuous spray—perfect for tint, PPF, and more.

• Use filtered water to prevent clogs or buildup in your sprayer.
• Always depressurize the tank before opening the lid.
• Rinse the system after use to extend its life and performance.
